Due to the current pandemic, we are unable to rent the facilities at Town Hall until the end of 2020. The situation will be reassessed in December for the first months of 2021.
Austin citizens and organisations may rent municipal facilities to hold their community or social events:

Fees are per rental (day or part of a day).
Use of the kitchen is included in the rental fees.
- Contact the Municipal Office:
- Remit the rental fee as well as a refundable deposit1 of $ 60 when picking up the keys.
1 The deposit is refundable after the event, providing the facilities have been restored to their original state and the keys returned to the Municipality.
The sale or consumption of alcoholic beverages is allowed provided the person responsible for the event has obtained a permit from the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux.
Citizens are encouraged to hold eco-friendly events. To this end, the Municipality provides them with:
- washable dishes and a super-fast, commercial grade dishwasher
- a three-stream sorting bin in the Community Hall to separate organic and recyclable waste from the real garbage.
