Property Visit by the Assessor

Chartered appraisers from Jean-Pierre Cadrin et associés are touring the Municipality for inventory maintenance purposes. Their task is to inspect properties that have not been visited in the past nine years. The appraisers may either visit a property physically, or they may send a letter to the owner along with a detailed form to be completed and returned for validation by a technician.
