The Health of Our Personnel and Citizens Is Our Primary Concern

In the present context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Municipality, as an employer, must take preventive measures to protect our personnel. Moreover, as a local government, we must do whatever is necessary to stop or slow down the risk of contagion within our community as much as possible.

To this end, we require your cooperation and ask you to respect the following directives:

If you require services from our Town Hall personnel: please call 819 843-2388 before coming over to verify if your request can be taken care of remotely.

As for paying your municipal taxes, please pay by internet through your financial institution or, if you pay by cheque, send it by mail or insert in the mail slot located at the left of the front door at Town Hall.

When visiting Town Hall, you are required to wear a mask.

With simple gestures, every person can contribute to protect himself and the persons around him from spreading the virus. Preventing infections is a collective responsibility.

The best way to protect yourself from infection:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water or desinfect them with an alcohol-based product.
  • Cough or sneeze in your sleeve.
  • Keep a distance of at least 2 metres (6 feet) from another person (sick or not).
  • Throw out used facial tissues in the garbage right away.
