Conference on Minimal care landscaping

Saturday 25 May 2019

Saturday, May 25 at 10 a.m. in the Community Hall.

While landscaping is a passion for many, for others it feels more like a chore. Good planning and the choice of plants adapted to our area can help save both time and money!

The conference will address minimal care lawns, grasscycling and reducing grassy expanses in favour of ground covers that are resistant to drought, poor soils and pests. In other words, you’ll learn how to have great lawn with little maintenance and waste: how good is that?

Lecturer: Edith Smeesters, biologist and author
